I have a couple of questions that haven't seemed to be covered in the search function.

How long have all of had your BKNY carbon fiber hoods for?
Will the carbon fiber be strong enough to withstand the occasional snowstorms in the winter?
Are hood pins necessary for BKNY carbon fiber hoods?
Will the BKNY carbon fiber hoods fade after a couple months?

Id like to know also. as for hood pins i consider those a must a cheap insurance to save your hood/winshield/ and possibly your life.
