Just lookin to give my F22b1 some more power, headwork, cam, header, intake manifold, throttle body. Any ideas What kind of whp and torque to the wheels does a f22b1 put out? what kind of power can I get with about $3,000-$3,500 not including an H22a, Turbo, or supercharger? Thanks

 

IMO I would spend that money on a turby system and you can run 6-8psi on stock internals. The f22 is a sweet block and I believe it has iron sleeves . If you have somewhat low miles crank the boost and get that "other" stuff later. Just my 2 cents.

 

I would love a turbo, I am just affraid of problems since I have around 145k on motor. Plus I want this to be a daily driver 6-8lbs probally would'nt hurt but I want to be carefull.

 

if youre looking to spend 3-3.5k buy a junkyard f22, or rebuild your current motor. then say **** you to higher mileage.

 

3500 get it p&p'ed! and ull have lots left over for other gadgets or parts.
