head swap

head swap
i have an 97 accord lx and would like to do a head swap to a vtech head.
but first i want to know if anyones done it and that if it ran w/no problems?
plus what is all the proper stuff that i'm going to need to do the swap?
i was told that it would just be better if i swap a h22 into the car but i just don't have that kind of money on hand.
if the head swap is a lil cheaper than i'll go aheand and do that for now till the moneystarts comin in.
but if i do wait and save up for the 22 motor what is all that i would need to so that too?
if anyone can help

it is very possible to do, read up on this thread...

a head shouldnt cost you more than 400$ a little time and sweat should have you on your way.

thanx for all the info on the head swap.
i gots to see if i can find a head on ebay cus i found one in a gunkyard and he wants 500 for and i told him he was high so now i'm on a mission on finding a head and an ecu for the swap
