I took the factory headunit/cd changer out of my buddy's RSX-S and we replaced it with a Premier 990 cd player and a VAFC2 (2 din, you know). We accomplished this by taking the bezel and bracket from a base RSX and using that as the housing for the CD player and VAFC. The wiring for an aftermarket CD player is the same in the Type-S as it is in every other car: you just have to take the entire Type-S headunit out and replace it with a base model's trim before you can make it work.
They sell the cd player to car harnesses at any audio store, so go get one, get the bezel and bracket(s) from a base RSX and make your music happen
