Sorry to hear you are having problems. This is one of the reasons why I tell people to stay away from Paypal. Had you paid via cc, you could have contacted them by now and disputed the charges. Hope it all turns out well for you.

 

Thanks for the comment, every post I hear it makes me feel better. I'm sending Bill an e-mail tonight and if I don't receive an acceptable answer or my money promptly refunded then I will take every action possible in my power to have these guys caught and get my money back. But more important to stop both of their actions. Better Business Bureau, VISA, PayPal, and if I have to, my co-workers attourney. Too bad all people aren't honest eh?

paypal is ****...they aren't going to do anything for you...if you used VISA, you should be ok...but make the complaint w/ VISA, paypal is worthless and they couldn't give two *****...I know from personal experience, DONT USE IT!

Also those receipts always have a computer print out of the zip code and the city and state that the package is going to. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I know that you agreed with what I have posted from reading your previous posts. I apologized in the first place for the multiple posts, but I believe as well as many others that this post is important. The reason being, not only am I involved in a "scam" involving both ECI Racing as well as SpoonLSVTEC, but there are many others who have been scammed as well. Now considering how much SpoonLSVTEC is selling, combined they could be raking in over $100,000 in goods. That's worse case scenario, but no one knows. Now I feel that this post is an informative post and my intention was not to annoy others, but to make everyone aware of the situation and this actually is the only reason I have gotten a response from either Bill (ECI RACING) or Paul (SpoonLSVTEC) so it has helped me out greatly.

Spoon - if you sent it priority USPS mail, go to the post office and ask for the shipping cost back. Guarentee is a guarentee regardless of Anthrax.

 

They said there is no guarentee on priority mail!
