Custom CP PISTONS!! 84mm BORE! 9.5:1. PICS!
Whats up guys I had these pistons custom grinded for me from cp pistons when we had the group buy going on . The reason why?
If you go with the 84 mm pistons they have on there website that is for a 89 mm stroke crank and the comp is claimed 9:1. So you use a gsr crank and you end up at like 8.7:1 or so. Not good my freind.
These pistons in a GSR Block with a GSR crank opened up to 84 mm will yield a 9.5:1 compression. That is what im talking about!!! I had to wait like 2 months extra for these pistons to get sent out to me but my loss your gain.
I know CP is on back order with there **** so pick these up.

not a bad deal at all for a set of custom pistons but cp makes an 84mm vtec piston that is 9.7:1 in a b20/vtec which means if u use it in a full 84mm gsr motor the compression will be practically identical or 9.5:1 with a b16 head. not trying to invade your post but i just wanted to let u know because u might have a hard time selling them because of this...goodluck
