Default Spend all winter building the car and now it wont start.....

yep, whe wont start. I have spark and i have fuel. stock ignition and fuel expect what is stated below. But i think too much fuel. im using uberdata and 720's. The car would crank over and try to start, but kinda fall on itself and you cant get more than one almost trying to fire. im thinking its my chip, burner or software, cause i have a solid cel, and you cant pull a code. THe plugs are covered in gas. this leads me to believe its my buner and chips or something. So i cut the jumper to try it run of stock maps to see if it will even start. and the fuel pumps primes, etc and no cel. i go to start it and the dash lights dim and nothing, no starter or anything. i try again, some clicking of relays or something and nothing. i try again and my friend goes WOAH, something is smoking. somehow the SS oil feed line for the turbo is touching the chassis, grounds out and cooking paint. there is a little smoke and you can see where it burnt. the ground on the front of the engine isnt tighten down, but the tranny ground is good (i think).
Now this fucked something up. turn the key now and only two red lights come on and stay on, SRS and one in the upper right hand. the fuel pump doesnt prime, nor does the cel light some on and the batt light that flashes when you start doesnt even show up.. only two red lights. I checked the underdash fuses and the ones in the engine bay and all are good.
you guys have any idea what could be wrong or could have blown?? i'll be reading my helms.
Thanks
Burke

i got a couple problems

It could be the wrong distributor. Why good is spark when it's not at the right time?
Did you change it at all?

Well you're not going to get anywhere with a solid CEL. There is some problem with your ECU, chip, burner, or your socket install. You need to figure this out first.
