Default my DIY ITBS progress

blah blah blah...lets skip to the pics.
i was too excited to take pics of the crap when i got it....so here are my pics as the progress has come.








ah yes. coming along. notice where the fuel injectors were. i have some teed lines to go to the brake booster. i was going to weld the injector holes shut and use one for the brake booster. but then that wouldnt give you constant vac.

anyway
just postig pics
i need to look into a couple machine shops that are local here. to get sole aluminum welded to the manifold

b16 mani
gsxr1000 itbs
they match up pretty damn well
im using the stock map sensor lines. and i added another set for the fuel vapor purge.
i dont get why the factory velocity stacks aren't the same length

Looks awesome. I had the honor of hangin out with Jeff Frank (Abaz) who did his ITB set up (check out his website http://www.homemadeturbo.com) They sound ******* awesome. Youu're really going to turn heads!

that link the 2nd post had is something similar i plan on doing.

i plan on using 290 or 310 injectors and a vafc. maybe fork out money on a wideband o2. or maybe just get it tuned at a dyno.

ive been insanely busy at work... working 12 days straight.

next week ill be in NY chillin....
