Default Quick question that I am not too sure about.

I have a 97 accord with a 95 JDM H22a... for the fuel pressure reg. and fuel filter, which would I need it for? Prelude or accord?

I think the reg. will be lude, and fuel filter accord??? is that correct? I kinda need to know quick. thanks!

if ypou don't mind me asking what all was involved in your swap? which axles did you use, engine mounts, etc.? and approximate costs? problems you encountered? i am trying to budget and schedule a swap for my car and any info you could give me would help. Thanks.

you can get everything you need for about 2300 or so for a good JDM H22a. that includes trans, and ECU also. you shouldn't really need anything else for the complete swap.

Yeah Morgan it really depends on which engine you buy. I wouldn't have had nearly as much trouble if I had gotten a H22A or H22A1. Are you planning on going with a JDM one?

Well with my H22A4 I also received the 5g Prelude axels, which were too long. So I had to swap the axels and some accessories and accessorie mounting brackets for H22A1 ones.
Apparently the A4 has different accessories than the A1.

Yeap, I had to swap the Power steering, use the 4g axles and other small stuff to get the h22a4 to work on my prelude... The tranny mount is different too..

those are the types of things I was expecting from listening to you Dave and helping put Corey's engine in. I was looking more for a list of problems 5th generation specific. i get the strange idea a lot of people didn't put their motors in themselves which allows for a wide range of opinions but I am trying to narrow done the time frame for the swap and spread cost out over a longer period of time.
