Curious.

Unfortunately I won't get my O2 sensor until Monday but I decided to take the bad O2 off my car now while I redid/replaced the oil pan gasket because I didn't torque them properly and they pinched the gasket causing oil to spill everywhere (and imo fouling my o2 in the first place) - come to find out once the O2 is gone that i won't get the other till Monday.

Right now my car is smoking straight out the cat from the hole the O2 goes, normal? Or is it cause I sprayed some brake cleaner through the exhaust and the whole engine bay so it's burning it all off? Looks like the oil around the oilpan is gone now so I should be good on that.

 

You have to plug those O2 bungs. Also running w/o the primary sensor will cause your car to not run properly.
