I'm new when it comes to a S2k setup, I'm a Integra kinda guy when it comes down to motor/boost knowledge, But A friend of mine is wanting to purchase a S2K and was curious on if any companies are producing a Turbo kit w/ IC and piping.
Fuel management needed?
He's not really interested in building a kit from scratch, But wants to boost for under $4k.
Any suggestions?

I have the UR kit on my S2k and I love it... they also just redesigned there kit... So its more reliable than before... It should solve any boost creep issues that they had in there previous kits. By far a good investment... There standard kit should allow you to hit the 300rwhp mark.
