Default do I have a broken seat?(99accord)

so I've noticed that in the past couple of days when I'm taking corners, specifically right corners my seat makes a sound like something is loose. yesterday when I got back from work I took the seat off its mounting points and found that it seems like the support on the right hand side of the seat isn't as strong as the left hand side of the seat. I didn't have the time to tear everything apart, but when ever I touched the right side rails it seemed pretty flimsy. I tried to tighten up all the screws and bolts I could and put everything back together. It seems a lot better for some reason, but I noticed that today when I shake the seat left to right on the back support, something still feels loose. any of you run into this problem? I'm a little freaked out as think this could be a safety issue. any ideas on how to fix it? all the screws I could see were tight.

If it's a 8-way power seat, it may be covered by Honda.

its just power height adjustable, everything else is manual. the car also has over 100,000 miles on it so I doubt they'd want to cover that.

No, it's not covered. Raise it up as high as it goes and look under under it to see where it is loose.
