Default Need Iginiton Help for 93 honda accord

I am in need of dire help! I have a 93 accord EX Coupe and it wont start. It cranks but wont start. I installed a carbon fiber gauge bezel and i think something happened when i had the instrument cluster out. I triple checked to see that all the wiring harnesses were connected, which they were. What else should i check for?? I know obviously the fuses would be the next step, but which fuses particularly should i check? Would resetting the ecu solve this problem? And to do that i know to disconnect the battery, but which fuse should i pull? The one below the dash or the one under the hood? Any help would be most appreciated!

don't mean to be rude, but it doesn't take that long to check them all - almost faster than going to your computer and writing your post.

anyway, obvious ones are ignition and ECU related. don't worry about lights and windows.

if you get through all that and you still have a problem, consider that something in the new harness is bad. check this by temporarily connecting the old one and see if the car will operate. if this is true - send it back and get a new one.

you probably shd have disconnected the battery before doing the project. that would reset your ECU anyway.

If you tried to start your car without the instrument cluster in it, you have run a good chance of confusing the ECU.
