I have a used starion FMIC intercooler for sale. It has bent fins and a dent on the bottom right side. The lower core is bent a little, but it appears fine. I have cut off the stock tubes already and I've cut holes in the sides for new pipes to be welded on. THe old holes still need to be welded/JBed shut.

haha dremmel. Then took the chisel BTW mine looked like that and I put the piping on the end. It worked perfect. You may want to cut the holes bigger and use 2.5" dia.
