I just purchased a vafc2, and am wodering a few things. First of all, on a scale of 1-10, how difficult would the install be? How long should it take me if I do it the right way(soldering)? If I am going to attempt this, I need to know what ecu I have in my 98 Base model prelude so i can get the correct wiring diagrams from Apexi's web site. I have seen a few post on here about this type of install, but it didn't specify what year and trim level prelude it was for. I am assuming the base models have a different ecu than the SH model, but do all 5th gen. base models have the same ecu, no matter what year? I appreciate any help you might be able to give me. Thanks in advance.

 

I also wanted to know if somebod has a wiring diagram for the vafc2, and the prelude computer. I did a search, and no luck. I found the wiring diagram for the original vafc, but not for the second one. Is it the same? Are the colors the same for the wiring for the original, and the second one? Thanks.
