When I had my motor built, I put in Eagle H-Beams, and my engine builder said they were lighter, but by just a fraction. Nothing really noticable. I don't have the specifics of the wieghts, but that's what he told me when he weighed them.

Your rods were H22A JDM or H22A4 USDM?

Eagle Forged rods are bigger rods physically, and are made from a very similar material.

Logic would suggest that they are very close in weight.
