What do you think of it? good quality for the price or should i just not get that one and get a normal alarm (no pager) but better quality?

From personal experience of having my entire system taken (pro job), and several attemps by rookies. The alarm really does not matter. They will beat it. What has saved my car (I believe) is the club and the auto lock.
I do all 3 (club, autolock, and alarm). Sure, they can still break it, but it's a very good deterent because it's "too much work."
I have no experience with the item listed on ebay, but it looks too much like a toy. I don't trust a brand I never heard of for stuff like this. I'll stick with Viper or Alpine for example. My advise is don't waste your money.

that alarm is wack, my firend has it, the range IS CRAp, it 10x worst then a Viper 791VX or a Cliffort RS 2.5 or any of the DEI pagers, have better ranage, those are ghetto, don't buy
