Default Getting Horn to work with Momo Steering wheel

Had my 96 Prelude in the shop and while it was there, got a Momo Tuner steering wheel installed with an HKB hub. The shop mechanic said that the horn would not work since the contact point was too short or something. He mentioned that I may need to get a 'horn kit'? I know there are plenty of people here that have aftermarket steering wheels... how do you get your horns to work?

get a button...some aftermarket steering wheels have buttons to hook up Nitrous or a horn, if it doesnt, hook up a button on your panel and hook it up to the button..lot of rewiring but it will work

Ground the horn button to the hub with a small wire, and attach the power wire to the horn button.

Yep, I have an aftermarket horn that will be goin on soon; you may have to cut and splice some wires, but it shouldn't be too hard to make the horn work.

Uh...i dont know but my electrical man said that you have to buy a litlle adjustable ball or something. I have a momo sterring wheel. There is not enough clearence to just run a wire right to the horn button. WHen turning the steering wheel it will just rip the wire right off. (Ive tried) The guy said it will take some labor time to but some sort of mechanism in the hub so the wire will not rip. Cost me about 50 bucks. He said if you want the easy way, just relocate the horn button. But to me that just aint clean. ANd in case of emergency when you really need the horn you dont want to be reaching around to hit a tiny *** horn button.
Let me know if anyone knows a different way to rewire the horn.

Haven't experienced any problems... And mine is also working with a QR hub. I just put a couple of quick disconnect connectors on the 2 wires.
