Default Vibration while in third gear

I just bought an 04 Accord four door five speed. Everytime I put the car in third gear i feel a rumbling/virbration sensation in the shifter. At first I thought it was related to rpm or speed ie shifting into third going 20 mph would be to slow for the gear, but the rumbling goes away after I reach 30+mph. I know i am getting it into gear correctly, because the car runs fine in the gear while the rumbling/virbration is being felt. I was wondering if this is an Accord thing and do I need to doing something different. Thank You

It could be a loose cat/exhaust heatshield vibrating against something, Bring your car back to the dealership to get them to check it out.
