If i installed those parts in my D15B7 would i see any noticable improvements?

 

it would probably not if you have no mods on your car.

Still, with a D series motor you are limited to so little that I highly doubt you will have to increase your pressure. When it comes to the point that you need more fuel (FI or higher compression NA motors) that's when it would be a good idea to upgrade.

 

If you have a CAI, Cams, Camshafts, H/C/E then yes you would benefit from that new rail and FPR. also if you up your injectors would be a good addition as well. you can calculate what size you need

 

He's not going to need to upgrade his injectors even with the mods you mentioned. Perhaps an aftermarket adjustable FPR but still you're working with 240cc injectors on a D series motor. Think about it...
