My Cams do not sit flush when at TDC.
My exhaust cam (4th and 2nd) lobes are touching.
My intake cam is pretty flush.

Is this normal?

I have the cam gears on the cams.
Someone told me to unbolt the cam gears. Rotate the cams so that it is flush, and then bolt it back up and set it at TDC.

Please help.
