this is terrible....three weeks ago tuan sold me 2 sets of gears.....he told me one set was used and the other was new....the next following day my buddy was to have his car dynoed but missed his appointment due to the gears being broken....and a week later my other buddy tried the other set and could literally move the gears back and forth once tightened on....i've been having to give my best friends constant lies and run arounds for the past three weeks...he says he has to get ahold of jg,if its your supplier wouldn't it be a click away....i'm tired i'll send u back these gears,and return send me fresh WORKING SETS or my 200 back for the both of them.....

I think its just fucked up at the fact that he new that set was used,so theres a chance he could have known they were off,and for that had that chance to blow my best friends motor....

 

i need a conclusion for this situation....

Just because JG is our supplier that does not mean that they wait on us hand and foot and must deal with us first. We are in the process of replacing your cam gears with better ones. We are still waiting on JG to contact us back.

Toan told you they were <U>USED</u>, but they were not fucked up. At the time we had sold you the cam gears they were NOT messed up. We do not sell messed up products to our customers. That is just bad business skills. However Tom, maybe you should double check with the person that installed the cam gears. Maybe they messed them up installing them. Have you thought about that one? NAR-SPEC DOES NOT SELL messed up products!

If you're tired of waiting on Toan, why dont you contact JG yourself and see what kind of **** JG will give you.

but id like to know how you can strip/break a cam gear by simplying bolting 1 bolt onto the end of the cam.

sounds like the gears were fucked up when they arrived to me

 

Toan definately does not aim to jip/scam/hurt ANYONE. I know he's been busy like a mother lately try giving him a call or IM cause toan is the ****.

Tom didnt specify how the cam gears were broken. He did not say that the bolt was stripped or broken. If you read his post, it says that there is play on the cam gear.

Now if you read my post, i clearly stated that the cam gears were not fucked up when he received them.

The cam gears were not shipped out to him. He picked them up himself and looked at them before purchasing them.

TELL YOUR MECHANIC TO LEARN HOW TO INSTALL A BOLT. CAUSE HOW HE IS DOING IT IS MAKING THE GEARS MALFUNCTION.
