Default 1992-95 civic Si engine? A few questions...

First off....Is the engine code a D16Z?

Second of all:

I have a friend who just purchased a "92-95 SOHC VTEC" engine to replace his D16A6 in his 1991 CRX.

So he asked me for help swapping it for him, in return I get the D16A6 (complete).

He would like me to help him out this weekend, so I am looking for a "crash course" on swapping this motor into his car.

Do I need a conversion harness?

Will it be easier/better to stay OBD-0, or would I want to convert to OBD-1 and run the OBD-1 ECU?

Also, I am assuming I will not need mounts since this is a D series engine?

BUT!!! The tranny that comes with the swap...is it hydraulic? If so, would I want to use the SI tranny out of the 1991 CRX?

THANKS Very much fella's
