Havnt sat in those particular seats, but from my
experiances with cheap aftermarket seats, I hate them,
and would even wast my money. They are not made
like real recaros and the quality shows. They just dont
feel stable. So yes, you get what you pay for.

im pretty sure that those were them, and FYI id bet that all the cheap knock off's are made buy the same person. its not like these companies have the resources to build there own seats

Areospeed have some knockoffs too.

All seats are made the same. It's just the material that they use makes them different. But you get what you paid for.

seats are safty equiptment too. With cheap seats, if they do not have the right consturtion, if you ever get in a crash, the frame of the seat could possibly break and impale you. If it is not certifyed, dont buy it.

On a diffrent note, my freind bought some DAD seats, there was something in the seats frame that was broken and sqeeked like CRAZY.

You don't know too much about saftey equipment do you? With something like a seat or seat belt it is REQUIRED that they be crash tested before they can go on the market.

i kno someone with them he said they got beat pretty bad after awhile from use. they were kinda stiff and didnt feel really comfortable it kinda lacked back support.feels nice for the price but i rather save up and get some quality seats for peace in mind if i ever get rear ended or if i were to ever crash.

Well, thats if they say that they are allowed to be used on the street. Many products say "For off road use only" when they say this, it is because they have not gone through and received the certifications that it may need, weather it be DOT approved for headlights, CARB for intakes ect.

Recaro and Sparco seats are SFI Aproved. With cheap seats, You dont get this.

Actually anyone can't sell anything they want. And if you want you car to be unsafe and illegal you could buy something that said "for off road use only" but everything sold for street use is crash tested.

You may think I don't know what I'm talking about or that Im a moron or something but that doesnt really bother me ASE seems to think I'm pretty smart.

you were bashing the person for saying that the seats may not hold up in a crash, well you know what YOU DON'T KNOW if they will, and no were does it say they are certified. so shut the **** up and stick that ASE up your *** you have no commen sense

I have no common sense? You are obviously the one with no common sense if you think that someone with no common sense can get ASE certified.

And the real "bottom line" is that you obviously have the mentality of a five year old. I'm glad that you have a good strong knowledge of all of the ricer parts on the market. Your rambling insults were obviously rattled off in less than the amount of time it take me to blink so when you have a rational thought let me know. Keep up the good work.

I agree, just since your ASE certified, doesn't mean your all knowing. Heck, I am ASE certified in brakes ASE people do not get training in alot of aftermarket performance applications. There are always crap products out there. Let certifications influence purchaces.
