completely stripped tranny case bolts please help

Default completely stripped tranny case bolts please help

hey i found out that the rear mount to the tranny case were stripped, the one to the block is fine but the other 2 arent, i was wondering if i could fill it with jb weld and put a bolt in it for temporary because i still owe on this car and cant get it profesionaly done right now

you mean the T bracket bolts?? that bolt onto the transmission? If the bolts still threads slightly, just try some strong threadlock for temporary... or at least until you sell your car. But make sure that at least one of the 19mm bolts (there should be 2) are in working order. If both of them are stripped, you're screwed.
