lol!
my acad skillz arent that great i know. but they are quite simple designs, so it wasnt hard. i can make you some solidmodels if you want
i just did these, cause they are what i needed to make for my car. i had my friend make a 5-bolt for my last turbo and he said is was a PITA!! trying to find the dimesions on it were crazy, they ended up using putty and stuff to get it right.

Yes. Using that many zeros means your tolerance is in the thousandths of an inch. Don't know if you meant to do that or not, but that can make things more expensive.

I'm assuming you measured the external values of the valves with a micrometer?
Or did you just get the dimensions from Tial?

ok I was wrong. But the Tial 40mm wastegate itself has a 2" diameter inlet.(which is what I measured the first time and just assumed that it was equal to 40mm) The wastegate flange has a 40mm inlet which is not 2.5" like you have posted in the pics. 40mm = 1.57480 inches not 2.5"

the 4 bolt is for the turbine exit which is 2.5 inches. i just used calipers to measure this stuff so its prolly not accurate down to .00000000001. the second one is for the tial 35-38mm/deltagate style wg. i hope this clears up the confusion.
oh and some ppl imed me saying that they wanted these, but i forgot and never sent them, if you want them please email me at burkemdavis2@yahoo.com

Same...Since you started the thread with "Tial wastegate..." I think we just assumed that was the 38mm and 40mm flanges.

Never heard of using PCD's?
Whats the distance between the holes in the x-direction or do we assume there the same as the y distance?
