Purchasing a 91 EX have ?'s

I might be purchasing a 91 EX in a couple days with 29,000 miles, is there any particular item to look out for? Has anybody had any problems with this year and model? If I did purchase it, what maintaince would be required around 30,000m?

FIRST OF ALL ID GET A CAR FAX & CHECK THE MILEAGE

That year with thoes miles dont make sense, But i may be wrong.
