FS chipped p28!!!

i am selling a p28 that is chipped for an h22. but i can get it chipped to any spec you want for 200 shipped. and 175 shipped w/ the chip thats in there now

Can I replace my p13 with this ECU? Would I see any gains? Is it for automatic or 5 speed manual?

Also, how much do you want for the IACV?
