Default Paranoia? Is this going to affect head gasket seal?

I'm about to assemble my B18A bottom end, and I noticed a scratch on the deck of the block. Must have got bumped while at the machine shop. Anyway, does it look like a big deal? It's on the deck near the water jacket; I can catch a fingernail in it, but it is not really all that deep. There is a knick on the outer edge of the sleeve as well. Will this be a problem? It's going to be a turbocharged application, if that matters, running about 10 psi.

Thanks for any input.

The block side looks fine but the piston wall looks a tad suspect...if you are going to be running 10lbs of boost that could lead to a crack forming on that sleeve

It's really a tiny knick.. more like a bump/depression. I don't like the sound of that though. Funny, I was more concerned about the block deck.
Thanks for the quick reply.
All opinions welcomed.

I have a block guard welded in on my fully built LS and I really dont notice a difference.

I dunno bout those scratches there, as far as the cylinder goes i think it should be ok. but the outer one you might want to get fixed. if you can catch your finger nail in it, it might cause problems with the seal, but you might be able to just attach the head gasket with some copper gasket sealant filling in the hole. I think that should work...

Wasn't planning on that.

Thanks for the replies, guys.. Machine shop recommends a deck job (from my description over the phone)...
