I got a 1990 dx and i got some 88 or 89 si seats from my friends hatch, they dont bolt up correctly and i was wondering if anyone would know if some 90 or 91 si seat rails would bolt in correctly or if any rails, to the seat and to the car, neither the SI seat rails dont bolt to the car, but the dx rails dont bolt tot he seats...any suggestions?

 

woh.... that is a little confusing.... dont quote me but i think that the rails on the 88, 89, 90-91 are all three different.....is the seats you are installing 88 or 89?.... does your rails not bolt to the new seats?....... sorry just a little confused

 

oh i see you DX rails dont bolt to the seat now.... sorry..... could you redrill the holes and put a bolt and nut on the seat part?.... i never had this prob..... i will give you one word of advice..... dont redrill your floor rail....... it takes about 2 weeks before you will wobble the new threaded holes out and then the bolts will just fall out and you go to hit the gas and the seat fall backward...... yea i know this how? :-)

 

the dx seat rails are a lot wider that the si, i dont think i could be able to do that, and right now im kinda wobbleing cause i drilled hole sinto the floormat what kind seat/car u got?

 

i know someone with 90 91 si seats prob will sell. my friend had the opposite problem you had.

 

how much would he sell the seats for? and how good of condition are they cause the ones i got right now are in almost perfect condition?
