Could having big cams and over sized valves be bad for my car if i have a stock bottom end?

no, but it's kinda pointless unless your doing a bottem end buildup later on. Is this on a B or D? You really dont need oversized valves on a D unless it's turboed. I'd just do cams if your not building the bottem later on

Unless the higher lift on the new cams causes the valves to hit the pistons, it will not be a problem.

I assume what you mean by stock bottom end is one you have had rebuilt/blueprinted?

I don't know who makes a oversize valve for the H23, but if you did find a way to do all this it would make your car slower than it was stock.Guaranteed
