Another smog-test-result thread. (Smogged in CA) 56k maybe...
Car: 93 del Sol S, stock inside & out, (d15b7)
Here is my results from the 1st test. I failed both function & emissions due to a cold cat. Don't know if you could see this scanned picture but if you add the .org.jpg at the end you might get the bigger picture.
2nd test results, I also failed. As you can see, my o2 ran lean at the 15mph run while running rich at the 25mph.
I just thought this might help some of you in preparing for your smog tests or just for informational/entertainment purposes.
EDIT: I was told I had a lazy o2....anyone have an o2 I can borrow for the test?

Maybe you should put your O2 on excercise plan?

... on a related note, i passed emissions here in houston with flying colors. with a 11 year old cat, an es oval style muffler, and a stock exhaust manifold. plus a AEM CAI with a dirty filter.

The new dyno smogs suck big time. There are a lot of crooked shops that charge you and then fail you for obdII diagnostics. They charge you the eighty bucks and tell you to drive the car for a week and bring it back and then charge you another eighty. Driving the car until the cat gets hot and then quickly smogging it is called superheating and they can't do that either. I thought I hated the old smog and now I would rather have it back than the dyno smog...
