1990 Civic DX hatch shell. Great parts/race project car!!! (Alabama)

Here is the story behind the car: A local autoshop took this car as a payment for service. It supposedly ran and shifted great. The shop got into a bind with another customers civic who was trying to sue them for a new engine. Instead of going to court they just pulled the engine out of this hatch and installed it into the guys car. I happened to be looking for a door with a good roll up window for my 91 Si hatch, but every place was wanting an arm for one. I stumbled across this car which was taking up space at the shop and they cut me a deal. I only needed the door, but a whole car for the same price is hard to pass up
Info: 1990 DX hatch back 5 speed.
Body: Car has been hit slightly in the front corner panel hood area. The passenger side light was knocked out of the bracket but is not even cracked oddly (light impact obviously). The rest of the body is in excellent shape, no apparent rust, but I will strip the car and check throughly opon request.
Interior: Dash is in good shape except for one crack that seems to occure on all EF's on the center shelf section. Driver seat is ripped, passenger seat is good, back seat is good with a very small hole in one area. Carpet could use a cleaning but seems fine. Overall I would rate it very good. Almost too good to strip out for a race car, but whatever you want.
Misc stuff: All brakes, suspension, tires/rims are intact. Brake pedal is very firm if that matters to anyone.
Tranny was not pulled and is still in car along with steering rack and all sensors/accessories. This thing is just begging for a swap.
The car will come with the door I swapped out of my 1991 Si hatch, which doesn't have any glass in it. Free weight reduction by me for all of you hard core guys
I will try to get pics up as soon as I can actually get off work and get home during daylight hours
Oh and the car comes with the title so it can be registered easily.
MAKE OFFER. I'm willing to haul it a reasonable distance, if required, to help any racers (or others) out.
