no those arent. the center caps could have been changed and the tires could have been drivers preference. any body can buy 60 series tires. they remodeled the si rims. the look completely different.so not to be rude check ur info before u start trying to correct people.

these are the new si stocks among with a couple other options. the ones i got are the 99-00 si stocks and newer ex stocks

the new 2003 civic ex's come with si rims with diff center caps like those and come with firestones. but either way, still si rims.

 

yea those are off of the new civic ex....who in the hell would go and buy 60 series tires??
