Default LSD in a Type S

Okay... before all of you guys say search I already have and still have not found my answer. I have a 2004 type-s. I was reading the owners manual yesterday and came across the "changing tires page" (page 192). It states

TYPE-S ONLY
Do not drive with the compact spare tire on the front wheels for a long period of time; it will damage the Limited Slip Differential."

Did Honda put in a LSD for 2004?
Are they lying to us?
Is it some special LSD?

Ya no lsd. But it isnt a good idea to roll with the donut on the front for a long period of time. It does do damage. Learned that in auto shop.

Firepepper is a little more "burnt" from what I remember.. a TAD more brownishdarkishshinier.. but I like it. I saw one with the type-R headlights and wing on 18" gold ce28ns around my way once.. GOD I wanted an rsx..
