Default whats the best sparkplugs for gsr turbo?

anyone know the code for the NGK's? or what else is good? and give me the code number for the plugs also, thanks!

i use bkr7e, and that is ngk. really depends how much power your putting down, how cold you want the plugs. if your under 250 hp you might want to do bkr6e.
