emblems got jacked... how do i fix the holes?

emblems got jacked... how do i fix the holes?
don't wanna put an emblem back on so it can be jacked by scumbag college kids again... i just wanna fix the 2 holes on the trunk and on the hood.. anyone got any good ideas? would compound and touch up paint be enough or do i need more? thanks
