well first off my car is multi-point since it's a Si so I don't need info on DPFI->MPFI.

I'm ready to hook up the 4 extra wires but from what I understand that the JDM ECU does not have ELD wiring. Now can I just splice into the wires that are already pre-wired for the PM6 or should I just swap out the pins and tape them off?

This is what I've found so far:
VTEC pin assignments:
Pin A8==Spool Solenoid Valve (grn/wht)
Pin B5==cylinder head Oil Pressure Switch (blu/blk)
Pin B19=Knock Sensor (wht)
Pin C8==2nd Oxygen Sensor (orn)

USDM "Si" pin assignments:
Pin A8==Nothing
Pin B5==To Alternator (part of Electronic Load Detector [ELD] system)
Pin B19=ELD system
Pin C8==Nothing

dont splice, if your wiring info is correct, it sounds right, ill check later tonight, but repin them and tape the other wires off
