Default 88 CRX SOHC VTEC - Turbo?

I'm currently running a 10:1 compression single cam vtec setup in my CRX. the wiring is all OBD 1 and we're going turbo soon. FMIC + about 7 pounds of boost max. I'm curious how a 9 pound flywheel would affect performance - here's the turbo setup...

td04h
greddy fmic, manifold, dp etc
custom piping
turbo XS BOV,
apexi turbo timer, apexi v-afc

stage 2 clutch etc... Will 9 pound flywheel be heavy enough? I'm currently running a 13 pound flywheel NA.

Will heat wrapping all the charge pipes/turbo pipes help any?

thanks for the help, im sure I'll have more questions...

Aaron

i doubt you will notice a BIG difference wrapping all the pipes.

the lighter flywheel from talking to other people will cause the revs to drop faster.
if you have a small turbo that might not even make a difference
