ECU code issue?

Default ECU code issue?

I ran a jumper wire to the clip so i could see the LED on my ecu and no light?
Is there something I missed or dont know????

Did you turn the car on to the 2 position, not the start position. that should get you going.

on 88-91 cars non-obd, no need to run any wires or any jumpers...just look in the ecu, for flashing red LED....
