Can you bolt up to stock cat

Default Can you bolt up to stock cat
bought thermal bolt on & pacesetter header. Dont know where to start with the header swap, so im gonna start w/ the bolt-on but will it hurt anything to bolt up to stock cat? If yes, will the restriction from that be significant
PLEASE HELP!

depends on the car.....but yes most stock catalytic converters are restrictive. I would recommend a Carsound cat.
