Default ITR CAI Questions

Since my skunk2 intake manifold sits lower and is supposed to copy a type R manifold, would the CAI work better from a type R, I had to modify mine to get it to work with the new manifold

on what car ? GS-R ? or LS/RS ?

The Type R Intakes should work on an LS regardless. (if that's the motor that you have.) So, if you have a B18A/B, then it should work.

Yes. A Type-R CAI will fit perfectly onto your GSR with Skunk2 IM.

Just pulled my Akimoto short ram in place of a ITR cold air, on a skunk2 manifold in a GSR. Bring the cold air up from the bottom much easier
