Default Can I change my Accord radio and still use my steering wheel controls?

Hello,

I have a 1999 Accord with the in-dash 6cd changer.

I would like to change this to either a single in-dash unit that can play mp3's, or a changer that would let me random among the 6 disks and play mp3's.

Is there anything that I can get that will still allow me to use the steering wheel radio controls - like volume, etc?

Thanks.

pac makes a part available through most stereo shops called the swi-x
it is a universal steering wheel control adaptor it should allow you to retain steering wheel controls, I have used them before and they work well when installed properly
