Default Engine Ticking

Hey, I have a 98 Prelude SH and today I heard ticking! So i did an oil pressure test on my car and at 3000 rpm, I only have 14 pounds of pressure of oil! I recall redlining the other day accidentally ( Please help me! You can talk 2 me on AOL at OneLudaKrsSH or just reply back here. Thanks, Danny

possibly bent valves, do a leakdown test and see what your compression is

could be a valve or rocker arm not getting oil or a collapsed lifter. since that is the last place to get oil, low pressure probly won't properly lube the valvetrain. i wouldnt drive it till you get it figured out
