You will need to re-sleeve the block if you want to keep the same crank to go 1.8, but I'm not so sure. Or you can buy the 1.8 stroker kit from Jun or Toda. It's a little expensive, but comes with everything.

yeah, maximum boring on slock sleeves is 82mm.
To achieve close to 1.8 liters from a b16 you need 86mm or you could get a b17 crank and sleeve to 84 mm
