why dont more ek hatch owners use the mugen grill?

just curious , me personally i dont like it . but i never see this grill , anyone have a mugen grill . lets hear your opinions about it.

Probably because it is very expensive, ugly, and does nothing for performance. (all strictly my opinion)

Seriously though, if an Si grill is over 50 bucks for the mesh alone brand new, I can only imagine how much that Mugen piece costs.

$40 and it looks sick/...

i have a 2000 si now so i dont want one, i like the stok si grill

ya the mugen piece is 200 from king , i agree with you its ugly and overpriced , but overpriced sht has never stoped me before .

i think it looks alright with the full mugen kit and jdm bumpers

the grill just wouldn't flow with my car

put a fake mugen emblem on the fake mugen grill and you cant tell the difference

$200 for a grill is too much

It's ugly and does **** for performance. Come to think of it you could say that for pretty much the whole Mugen line of "performance products"

I had the Mugen grill. It went well with the Mugen front lip. Bought both from King way back when they first came out. I just ended up selling it and wanted to change it back to a stock grill. No real reason, but I liked it when I had it. There's a couple pix of it on my hatch that I put up in the "My Garage" link below.

I had a mugen grill on my old hatch... only becuase it came with it. Personally i think its uglier than poo.
