I sent him MO for his AEM fuel rail and B&M fuel fpr on the 7th. I PMed him a few days later and asked him about the MO and he asked me what the MO was for?? I told him it was for the fuel rail and fpr...he told me that he hadn't receive it yet. So I told him to let me know whenever it gets there. A few days went by I PMed him again and asked him the samething and he told me that the MO order isn't there yet. Now I'm starting to get worried and I PMed him again the next day and he told me the same thing and that he already sold the stuff to someone else. I was mad at the time cuz he told me that it was mine but he sold it to someone else?? Being me I kinna brushed it off my shoulder. Thinking that the MO might be lost or that he sold the stuff before the MO got there. I told him it was all good and that I'm gonna canceled the MO. I call the place on the 17th and they told me that it was cashed on the 16th. He told me that he wasn't sure and that he's gonna check for the envolope. He told me that he didn't see anything from me but I keep on pushing and said that I want my money back. So he told me that he's gonna check his bank account. I PMed again and asked him if he checked his bank account yet....he told me that I should stop huffieing over $80 and that he's a very busy man and doesn't have time to check his bank account everyday. A few days past and I'm still waiting for his answer. This just goes to tell me that he doesn't care much about anybody. I know that $80 ain't much but thats my hard earned money. I have to wait atleast 30 days to get a photo copied of the MO. I'ved been scammed before for much more than that and this is my 3rd time. Its making it hard for me to do bussiness with other people becuz of this. I just wanna warn you guys and let everybody know to be careful of this guy. I know that I won't be seeing that $80 again but oh well....what goes around comes around. And if I ever pass by your town I will be making a visit to you for sure.

Ill talk to him.. I bought my cf hood from him and from my experience, hes a really good seller... I, and everyone else i know have had good experiences with him, this has to be some sort of misunderstanding

 

wow that's pretty irresponsible.. i would have understood that he was busy and had some confusion going on about the m.o. But for him to sell it to someone else rather than you, that's kinda messed up. Unless you guys didn't have an agreement about you purchasing those products from him and he assumed you weren't interested in it anymore might have lead him to sell it to another buyer. It's possible he had that impression and you went ahead and sent him a m.o. Might be good to post the conversation that stated you guys agreed that you would send the m.o. and he agreed to sell it to you. Also if you were gonna send an m.o. you should have sent it registered with a tracking number to able to track its arrival, best way. Instead of you left wondering if it arrived or not. Then again someone cashed it so it did arrive, but we don't know if it was actually him who cashed it. Unless you can track who cashed it. Just a thought. I'm not taking anyone's side but anyone can claim they've sent an m.o. without a tracking number and claim it was sent a while ago and it was cashed. Tracking number is the best way to know where your money is going. Let's see what he says.. hope everything gets resolved.

#1) to annoying buyers, everyone who sells stuff on a regular basis knows what I mean, I have gotten over 2 PMs (responded to all of them) a day from this guy, askin if I had gotten his money order, I told him that I had not seen one from him, nor had I had any envelopes from him, because I keep EVERYTHING from transactions, but anyways, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and told him it could have been possible that I did receive/cash it, I really have been extremely busy, and I am not a dishonest seller, so I went ahead and told him that I would be checking as soon as I could, and to this day, I still have not been inside my bank to check on it. I probly will tommarow after school just to clear my name, if I am wrong, like I said kid, you will receive your money back.

#2) Dont you ever threaten me. I will personally make sure that you can never type another letter in your life if you do it again.

ya, It is, and honestly, I may have been brushing off going to the bank, but between family/friends/job/school, I RARELY go in the bank, usually do everything online or at the ATM...like I said, I will check tommarow for sure. Im not even gonna defend my rep, because it speaks for itself...23 VERIFIED buyers on paypal...been a HT member for longer than this kid has probly had a car (no this isnt my original name)...lol

He told me that the fuel rail and the fpr was considered sold to me. So how is that a week later it was sold to someone else and my MO just disapeared and cashed. All I'm saying is it was made out for him and we had an agreement. If he didn't remembered about me sending the MO for the stuff than he's not doing his job. Why would I send him my hard earned money without telling him anything?? I gave him a chance to check his bank account but did not get any answer. I know alot of people would be doing the same thing that I'm doing. And yes E thugging is stupid so I'll just see you when I see you...but yes see you I will.

Why is it that everyone assumes that everyone else on HT is a noob or a kid?....that's bullshit.....

And for you to say you aren't a businessman?....If you are buying/selling on here, you're a businessman.....hate to say it, but it's the truth. And with that, comes certain responsibilities....like taking care of your clients.....
I'm sure the guys you interact with face to face everyday probably take priority, that's usually how it goes, but by no means does it discount the credibility of any online BUSINESS transactions. If you don't wanna be called a business man, don't sell.
