Default will i pass smog with exhaust leak?

i have a little exhaust leak where the cat and the header pipe connects and was wondering if anybody here knows if i would pass smog or not. im missing the flange that sort of looks like a doughnut.

i passed 2 years ago without a donut gasket.

depends how big the leak is? the leak might affect your 02 reading.

its just a little leak. i took it to the smog anyways and passed.
