trouble with starting
ok heres the problem when i am running to several different places and i spend about 15-20 min. at each place sometimes my car will startand then suddenly die and wont start for about 5 to 8 min. and i cant figure it out and its really pissing me off. so if u have any ideas they will be greatlt appreciated....thanks to all who reply
Sounds very much like a Main Relay problem. It could also possibly be an Ignition Coil and/or Ignitor problem.
Search for Main Relay first however. Not too hard a fix/replacement, and on older Accords it's very common for the Main Relay to develop cracked solder joints. I had to fix mine as well, same symptoms as you described.

When this happens is the inside of the car warm? If not It probably is going to be an ignitor or the coil. If the problem is with cutting off while driving the problem is probably the ignitor. That's a very common problem. (Usually the only reason Hondas break down)
i agree that it could be either the coil, ignitor, or main relay. you need to see the temp of the inside of the car when it does it. if it is hot, replace the main relay
My car is going through the same problem. I can drive it fine the first time I start it in the day, then it turns over like it's out of gas, but it doesn't start...I open all the doors and windows and cool off the cabin temp and it starts right up. I never thought that would work but I broke down last week in, none other than, the HONDA parking lot and the guy told me that. It works tho. I am pretty sure it's the Main Relay......
