Default starting issues?????HELP???????

Everytime i try to start my car after it has been sitting for about an hour, the engine just turns and when i let of the key, it comes to life spuddering and bogging for about 4-5 seconds then its all ok. I just want to know what this is so it wont lead to a bigger problem and ill be stranded cuz it wont start. Any help is certainly appreciated.

I have a new tps and fuel filter. I had the feeling that im running to rich but im not sure. i thought i could be having a leaky injector that when it sits for too long it floods the cylinder and thats y there is a big pow and smoke on start up. Or is it poosible i have a bad fuel pump. im clueless
